Midway Marvel! vest

I've had a love of vests since I was a little kid. I remember alot of my dad's friends having them and being so envious. For some reason, I always thought vests wouldn't work for my body but that's not true at all! Once I sat to start drafting a pattern, I added darts in one of the test runs and it made all the difference in the world for me! 

Let me tell you about this vest! it's entirely made out of vintage corduroy in the best, hardest to find colors! I added the most colorful facing on the inside, just a touch of whimsy for you. it's got some colorful little patches up front with a beautiful quilt star on the back. It's a rainbow meant to be adventuring in the world, creating smiles

This vest would best fit someone who typically wears an L/XL

For sizing, I'm 5' 4" and wear a 42DD and I can wear this snapped up but it's very fitted on me. See the measurments below

 I always include full measurements for each garment and people will frequently ask me what the best way to measure themselves is and this is my advice:  I always recommend measuring something similar that you have and love the fit of!  Measuring your body just tells you your actual measurements but it doesn't take into account what level of ease you like in a garment.
